Jimmy Broadbent is a not only a prominent figure in the world of sim racing anymore, known for his exceptional driving skills, engaging content creation, and passionate dedication to the virtual motorsport community – since this year he is also taking his followers on the journey to the “real-life” 24h race on the Nürburgring. By being part of the BlackFalcon Team BILSTEIN he can prove his racing skills on the track through countless hours of online practice and commitment.

A few personal questions for Jimmy

1. What experiences in motorsports are you bringing with you?

Last year we won the Praga Cup UK Championship, winning 50% of the races.
Time Attack UK in a 600BHP MX5.

2. Which was your first car?

Vauxhall(Opel) Corsa B in mint green

3. What are your hobbies outside of motorsports?

None, motorsport and sim racing take up all my time and I’m okay with that!

4. Who is your biggest inspiration in motorsports?

Michael Schumacher, Jann Mardenborough, and my Grandad

5. Your goal for the race team?

Easy: Class podium

6. What is your motivation to join us on this adventure?

To challenge myself. The Nürburgring is the greatest circuit in the world and a track that I’ve been obsessed with for years. I want to show that sim racers can be just as fast as “in real life” drivers if they’re given the chance.
